Aksoy Çilingir started with one technician and one motorcycle. In those first years we learned the essence of the job quickly: people call us at their worst moments — locked out, keys lost, stranded in the middle of the night. Every one of our first customers came by word of mouth, from one door in one building to the next, then across both sides of the city.
So we built the company on trust. Every technician who joins our team is certified, identity-verified and experienced in the field. We know how to open a door rather than break it; we touch nothing unless we have to, and before we open any door we ask for something showing the property is yours — a step that protects you as much as it protects us.
